To scroll or not to scroll?

Before the pandemic, I often had to drive around the county to attend work meetings. Sometimes it would be a pain if there was traffic or I was tired. But mostly I would enjoy having a break in my workday, listening to a podcast or some banging tunes and if a stop off at a service station on the way involved a treat coffee or cake, then all the better.
