Yup this is me! And it is such a hard habit to break. I feel like it “helps me wake up”. Which is nonsense really.
I can easily spend 15 minutes browsing in the morning and recently I realised that 15 minutes every day adds up to about 91 hours PER YEAR!!!
That is a lot of time I could have spent exercising/meditating/writing in my journal/doing literally anything else!
